Winn Communities and Lennar own approximately 900 acres within this approved master plan, located a few miles north of North Natomas off of the Highway 99 and Riego Road interchange. This master planned community will include employment centers, retail, and schools, as well as abundant parks and open space. The site will feature approxiately 3,400 homes situated around 41 acres of lakes.
